Acceptable use policy

Effective: 2026-08-03

This policy is part of the BestPrompter terms of service. It applies to prompts, reviews, public pages, automated requests, and any other use of the service. Violations can cause a run to be refused, content to be removed, or an account to be restricted or terminated.

Prohibited uses

You must not use BestPrompter to:

Break the law or violate rights. Do not facilitate illegal activity, submit content you have no right to disclose, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or publish unlawful content.

Exploit or endanger children. Content that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, or endangers minors is prohibited. We may preserve and report relevant information when law requires it.

Cause physical harm. Do not create instructions intended to enable violent wrongdoing, manufacture weapons for harmful use, evade safeguards protecting critical infrastructure, or facilitate self-harm targeting a particular person.

Create malware, phishing, or unauthorized intrusion. Do not develop or improve malicious code, credential theft, phishing kits, destructive payloads, exploit chains, or instructions for accessing systems or data without authorization. Defensive security research must be limited to systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test and must not be published through BestPrompter in a form that creates an unreasonable risk.

Defraud or deceive. Do not impersonate another person, automate fraud, manipulate people into disclosing credentials or money, fabricate evidence, or conduct deceptive political or commercial influence operations.

Harass or discriminate. Do not threaten, stalk, harass, incite violence, or promote hatred against people based on protected characteristics. Do not use public pages to target or expose a private person.

Invade privacy. Do not identify the owner of an anonymous publication, infer highly sensitive personal data without a lawful basis, submit unlawfully obtained personal data, or attempt to access another user’s account, sessions, prompts, results, reviews, or billing state.

Bypass Provider safeguards. Do not use BestPrompter to jailbreak or evade an upstream model Provider’s safety controls, or to obtain content that the Provider prohibits. Research about model safety is allowed only when the requested output itself remains lawful and does not create a material risk of harm.

Abuse service access. Do not create multiple accounts to multiply allowances, automate ordinary consumer accounts, evade rate or spend limits, probe non-public APIs, interfere with availability, or continue an activity after BestPrompter has restricted it.

Resell or proxy access. Do not share, resell, sublicense, or expose your account as a backend for third parties. The initial public service has no team, resale, bulk automation, or public API plan unless BestPrompter agrees in writing.

Scrape public content at scale. You may browse, copy, and fork individual public prompts through product controls. You may not bulk scrape Explore or public pages, build a competing dataset from them, evade robots or rate controls, or overload public endpoints.

Public content standard

Publishing is deliberate and makes content available to other people. Public pages must be suitable for a general audience and must not contain personal contact information, credentials, confidential material, malicious payloads, or content prohibited above. We may remove a page even when the underlying private prompt could lawfully remain in a user’s account.

Enforcement

BestPrompter uses account quotas, rate and concurrency limits, Provider-spend ceilings, request validation, Provider safety responses, security telemetry, and public-page takedown controls. These controls can refuse, delay, or stop activity. They are risk controls, not a promise that every harmful request will be detected.

We consider the content, intent, scale, consequences, history, and whether the user tried to evade a control. Responses may include:

We normally use the least disruptive response that adequately addresses the risk, but serious or deliberate abuse may result in immediate termination. Contact [email protected] to appeal an enforcement decision; provide the account email and relevant run or publication identifier, not sensitive prompt content.

We may update this policy as risks and service capabilities change. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before taking effect when required. The effective date identifies the current version.
